1. EQUILIBRIUM - Key 50

Gift: Equilibrium
Shadow: Corruption
Siddhi: Harmony
Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:
Equilibrium brings you a vision of a new world, where peace, Harmony and collaboration prevail. In you, I see a potential of inner peace and a gift for bringing Equilibrium and balance to any group of which you're a part. To ignite these gifts, you must first be willing to put all of your hidden agendas on the table. Own and take responsibility for your ulterior motives and your self-trust will grow. With self-trust you can create the safe space necessary for others to face and embrace their own Shadows. This is how to co-create a truly peaceful world. There is a self-organizing intelligence that naturally arises when people are empowered to be who they are, and are encouraged to contribute passionately to the ever-evolving whole. Remember to be playful. What's the point of a new world if we can't enjoy it?
Questions from Juliana:
What are your hidden motives?
Are you aware of your own motives and why you have them?
Do you trust yourself and who you are?
What would life be like without our hierarchical systems?
Practice Suggestions from Juliana:
Corruption moves beyond the most common description of the word, which places corruption in large corporations and governments. Let's start thinking of corruption as the information that we are absorbing is being translated through fear which leads to a slanted view and manifestation of the world. Corruption comes from the need to control and keep hierarchy in play. Practice: Begin to look at corruption that you see with an understanding that it is created from a fear based place of the need to control.
Corruption is the symptom of a collectively created reality. As our world becomes more open to the differences in human beings, the shadow of corruption gets louder because the fearful mind wants to create order and control out of what it sees as nonsensical. The fear misinterprets this openness and corrupts the information of what these differences can mean. This manifests in two ways for the individual: through submission to the control or through reaction. Those who submit, go along with the corruption and the hierarchy. Those who react take advantage of the corruption and profit from it. Journal: What are you looking to understand or integrate into your life? How can you take practice steps to have an experience of the understanding that you seek?
2. RESOLVE - Key 40

Gift: Resolve
Shadow: Exhaustion
Siddhi: Divine Will
Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:
Resolve is here because it is time to relax, and for you to understand the importance of balancing your desire to serve the world and your need to enjoy your life. Do not be afraid to stand your ground, set healthy boundaries or be generous with yourself. Your time and energy are precious. Sometimes saying 'no' to the right thing can be more powerful than saying 'yes'. Resolve is not asking that you rest now and then. Resolve wants you to relax, deeply and fully, with your whole being. When you are genuinely relaxed, you are free to work in harmony with your true nature and environment, and will have all of the energy required to complete any task, no matter how great. The health of our communities and nations depend on people who have true inner Resolve and a balanced physical, emotional and spiritual life.
Questions from Juliana:
What or who in your life exhausts you?
Where or with you do you find it most difficult to set a limit?
What truly relaxes you?
Do you have boundaries for yourself? What is your relationship like with boundaries?
Practice Suggestions from Juliana:
To practice the art of boundaries is to gift yourself a reserve of energy. Boundaries are often misunderstood to be an act that keeps people out and protects you from others. Boundaries are truly a way for you to practice self-love as well as to teach other people how to love you. Practice: How often do you agree or say Yes when you would truly like to say No? Practice saying No to invitations. Hold the intention that the No is out of love for yourself.
The 40th gift of Resolve is about moving forward in life with a relaxed state. You can work hard and hold the energy of ease and flow. Observe: Watch yourself and where you may push too hard. Is your body tense? Is your mind firm? Can you find relaxation in all of your actions?
3. MINDFULNESS - Key 33

Gift: Mindfulness
Shadow: Forgetting
Siddhi: Revelation
Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:
Mindfulness is here to help you Remember. And to release you from the prison of your emotional life. Even if you want to speed up enlightenment, you can't. So give yourself plenty of permission... to think, to feel, to desire, to react, to hide. Let nothing be forbidden. All you are asked is to be Mindful of what you do. The first step in awakening is realizing that you've been asleep. So do not try to change your patterns or passions. Just recognize them. "Ah there I go again." Catch yourself Forgetting your true nature. Learn to feel increasingly comfortable with discomfort. In time, you will naturally come to realize that something more wondrous that you can imagine is looking through your eyes, thinking through your mind and living through your actions. In the end, all of life shall remember itself through you. And all that you'll experience is the revelation of the eternal Now.
Questions from Juliana:
Are you putting pressure on yourself to 'figure something out', 'change your habits', 'stop your anxiety', 'connect with your higher self'?
How are you hiding in your life?
What are you hiding from?
Are you more focused on what others are doing?
What do you like or dislike in others?
Which of these qualities do you also see in yourself?
Practice Suggestions from Juliana:
The shadow of Forgetting is perpetuated through your memories. This shadow is asking you to see through your own illusion to the truth of yourself. Practice: Take some time and look at the significant events throughout your life that formed your beliefs about yourself, the world and other people. Consider how these events may have coloured how you see yourself, the world and other people.
Relationships are opportunities to unwind the wounds that we carry. The word 'wound' is either a pain spot or it is the description of something wrapped around something else. Our wounds are wound up in our DNA. Our wounds are created in relationship and this means that they must be unwound in relationship. Practice: Create space in your day for reflection. This can be 5 minutes or an hour. Reflect on your experience of the day with the intention of considering your own thoughts and actions in relationship to others. If you notice your mind focusing on what other people were doing, bring the reflection back to you and your experience. What were you feeling? What were you thinking? What did you say or not say? Is there something that you would like to change? How would you have responded differently? How did your wounds show up your relationships?
