*I've been noticing, as I pull cards each week, that some of the Wisdom Keepers bless us with their messages again and again. These messages are not only for us on an individual level, they are also themes of the energies and beliefs that are being shifted as a collective.


1. IMAGINATION - Key 64

Gift: Imagination

Shadow: Confusion

Siddhi: Illumination


Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:

She comes to set your Imagination free. but first, you must bless your pain and Confusion with the gift of your awareness. In the presence of confusion, there is nothing to do. Nowhere to go. Nothing to figure out. Confusion is a totally natural human state. It is actually holy ground. So taste it. Embrace it. But do not try to change, interpret or get rid of it. As soon as you remember that you are not your confusion, its true diamond nature will emerge from the coal. And your Imagination will be released, so that you can give expression to your pain and inner demons through a fulfilling process of creativity. Whether you're expressing with a paintbrush or a pen, be honest, courageous, illogical and wild. Go where no on else has gone before.


Questions from Juliana:

  • How often do you find yourself in a state of confusion?

  • What do you do when you feel confused? Do you push it away? Do you try to make sense of it through forceful decisions? Do you try to fit in? Do you get angry?

  • Where are you hiding your uniqueness? Why are you hiding it?

Practice Suggestions from Juliana:

  • Creativity is unleashed when we calm the overthinking mind. If you allow the pain you feel - either yours or the collective's - to move through your body your mind has nothing to attach to. To allow feelings to move through, you must acknowledge, feel and release. This may take a moment, an hour or a day. Notice: What feelings are you suppressing? What do you overthink about?

  • Expression of pain is a release of energy and frequency that gets trapped in the body. There is a fine line between expression and release. We must know when the expression is complete so that we can fully release. If we indulge in our expression, this perpetuates the confusion and pain. Practice: Express your pain through creative expression. Try dance, song, drawing, movement. And then release it. The mind will try to hold onto it. When you feel complete, practice choosing a different experience.


2. DISCERNMENT - Key 13

Gift: Discernment

Shadow: Discord

Siddhi: Empathy


Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:

Discernment is here to wake you up. Where are you repeating the same mistakes? Where are you refusing to listen and accept the consequences of your heart's truth? You will be surprised at how courageous you are, once you begin to be honest with yourself. It is time to start listening - to yourself and to others. Learn the art of Discernment. Listen beneath the words. Listen for the deeper desires, the emotional agenda and the underlying tone. Listen beyond your own individual story.

There is a gran mythic human drama playing out in your life and all around you. We are all a part of it. Wwe all have our version of the Underworld. We all carry the wand of a wizard, the sword of a warrior and the potential for a happy ending. As yo begin to see the mythic quality of your own rich human life, your optimism will grow right along with your Empathy, compassion and heroic potential. you are not alone.


Questions from Juliana:

  • Are you stuck in your past? Do you constantly think about what you said or did or experienced?

  • Do you indulge in feelings of disappointment and regret?

  • Do you continue to make decisions that repeat the same patterns of your past?

  • When you are in conversation with someone are you present with them listening or are you waiting for your turn to speak?

  • Do you make assumptions about people before you've had the opportunity to hear their story or their perspective?

Practice Suggestions from Juliana:

  • There is more to communication than just words. There is also the underlying relationship or energetic message. This energetic message is felt by you. It is sometimes called intuition. Practice: When you hear someone speak on media or on the phone, close your eyes and tune into how your body feels as it hears that person speak. Does the experience in your body match the information being shared?

  • Deep listening comes from presence. It comes with a willingness to not know what you are going to say next. It offers the opportunity to truly hear another's experience. There is no universal truth in the human experience. There is no one way. There is only your way and my way. The more open we are to hearing from another, the more we are able to come to a place of loving agreement. Practice: Be fully grounded in your body as you are listening to someone. Notice your breathing and their words. Bring your mind back to the sound of their voice and the presence of your body and you listen to them. Try not to plan what you are going to say and trust that the correct words will flow out of you.

3. UNDERSTANDING - Key 4

Gift: Understanding

Shadow: Intolerance

Siddhi: Forgiveness


Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:

Understanding is here to hold you with love and patience as you struggle to figure out your life, form your opinions or defend your feelings. She is here to invite you to use your beautiful mind to do what its' best at. Let it play, research, communicate and serve this world of ours. Let it build bridges of compassion and help people learn how to release their biases and intolerances so that we can all see and celebrate the bigger picture.

At some point your hard-working mind will exhaust itself and you will break free into a new way of bring, where true Understanding fills your belly and emanates from your heart. For now, she asks that you begin by forgiving yourself. Soon you will no longer doubt that you - and the whole world - are so much more worthy and wonderful than what your busy mind could ever comprehend.


Questions from Juliana:

  • Where do you find intolerance for others?

  • Do you find that you overthink and become paralyzed with indecision?

  • How does it feel to be in a place of not knowing? Are you comfortable there? Do you want to find answers? What happens if you don't have an answer?

Practice Suggestions from Juliana:

  • The logic of the mind is not here to take sides. The true essence of logic is the practice of remaining objective but in fear, objectivity no longer exists and the logic becomes subjective on a personal and collective level. Notice: Where do you choose sides? Where do you hold biases?

  • The ability to sit with someone else and truly listen to their perspective while holding your own that is different to theirs is a magical skill that takes focused effort. We have a tendency to become defensive if someone disagrees with your perspective. Practice: Listen to someone who has a different viewpoint than yours. Notice and be with the experience in your mind and body as you listen to their message. Try not to interrupt or defend yourself. Maintain a posture of curiosity.
