1. MINDFULNESS - Key 33

Gift: Mindfulness
Shadow: Forgetting
Siddhi: Revelation
Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:
Mindfulness is here to help you Remember. And to release you from the prison of your emotional life. Even if you want to speed up enlightenment, you can't. So give yourself plenty of permission... to think, to feel, to desire, to react, to hide. Let nothing be forbidden. All you are asked is to be Mindful of what you do. The first step in awakening is realizing that you've been asleep. So do not try to change your patterns or passions. Just recognize them. "Ah there I go again." Catch yourself Forgetting your true nature. Learn to feel increasingly comfortable with discomfort. In time, you will naturally come to realize that something more wondrous that you can imagine is looking through your eyes, thinking through your mind and living through your actions. In the end, all of life shall remember itself through you. And all that you'll experience is the revelation of the eternal Now.
Questions from Juliana:
Are you putting pressure on yourself to 'figure something out', 'change your habits', 'stop your anxiety', 'connect with your higher self'?
How are you hiding in your life?
What are you hiding from?
Are you more focused on what others are doing?
What do you like or dislike in others?
Which of these qualities do you also see in yourself?
Practice Suggestions from Juliana:
Create space in your day for reflection. This can be 5 minutes or an hour. Reflect on your experience of the day with the intention of considering your own thoughts and actions. If you notice your mind focusing on what other people were doing, bring the reflection back to you and your experience. What were you feeling? What were you thinking? What did you say or not say?
Create a list of the qualities that you admire and criticize in other people. Consider how you also carry these qualities or where you may deny these qualities in yourself.
Cultivate space in your day where you are not consuming any external information. Turn off music, podcasts, Instagram, YouTube, guided meditations. Allow yourself to be in silence. Watch your mind. Allow it to think and dream and flow through all of its thoughts Practice being the witness to your mind.
2. ALTRUISM - Key 27

Gift: Altruism
Shadow: Selfishness
Siddhi: Selflessness
Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:
It is time to look honestly at your relationship to giving. Are you giving from your heart, or are you giving away your power? Are you giving without attachment, or with a hidden agenda? What did you learn in the first seven years of your life about Selfishness and Selflessness? Integrity asks you to be intuitive in your giving. Give to causes and to people who are fertile, who can make use of the gifts they receive. If you are feeling angry or resentful, do not give. Not yet. Wait until your heart opens. Practice random acts of kindness whenever possible. And your sincere Altruism will bring more joy and abundance into your life than you can possibly imagine.
Questions from Juliana:
Do you self-sacrifice your needs and desires for others?
How do you feel obligated to those around you?
Do you give to others in hopes of getting something in return?
Do you believe in the goodness of most people?
Practice Suggestions from Juliana:
Journal - What did you learn about self-sacrifice and selfishness as a child?
Create daily practice. Ask yourself, 'what do I want to do/feel/say today?' Practice allowing yourself to do one of these things.
Practice pausing before offering your help or support. Ask yourself, 'Will this bring me joy?'
Notice around you, the symbiotic nature of your environment. Look and see how the birds live in trees. And these birds drop seeds and nuts and help create a duff layer on the forest floor that eventually fertilizes the trees. Notice how the salmon swimming upstream to lay its eggs, then fertilizes the river when it dies and the bears, eagles and other creature then get to feast. How can you bring symbiosis into your relationships?
3. INTEGRITY - Key 18

Gift: Integrity
Shadow: Judgment
Siddhi: Perfection
Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:
This is the second week that Integrity has graced us.
Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:
Integrity is here to help you complete your childhood. It takes courage to uncover the wounds from your past. As you release yourself from the messages and modeling that no longer serve you, you will be free to see and receive the gifts from your parents with a soft, compassionate heart. When you are truly in your Integrity, it won't be possible to take the judgements of others personally, or to identify as a victim - of yourself or anyone else. This is not a path to be walked alone, so reach out for support. Allow a friend, therapist, mentor or spiritual counsellor to accompany you as you revisit those painful experiences that hardened your heart, made you feel inferior or superior, or kept you from expressing yourself freely and connecting deeply. Over time, you will learn to judge not from the mind, but from the heart.
Questions from Juliana:
Do you see yourself or others as victims?
What is your relationship like with yourself? How well do you know yourself?
How often are you judging yourself and others?
How often do you worry, gossip or complain about the activities of others?
What beliefs did you develop from your childhood or past that influence you today?
Practice Suggestions from Juliana:
When you notice a judgement, ask yourself where did this judgement come from? How has my family, my education and my country influenced this judgement that I have?
Can you begin shifting your judgements into acts of observation? Observe what you experience and hold your observation with curiosity.
Journal - how would you like to know yourself more intimately? Where would you like to understand yourself more fully?
Begin considering ways that you would like to embody courage. Where in your life would you like to show up more fully as you?
