1. UNDERSTANDING - Key 4

Gift: Understanding
Shadow: Intolerance
Siddhi: Forgiveness
Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:
When she looks at you and sees you struggling to figure out your life, form your opinion or defend your feelings, you are held with love and patience. She is here to invite you to use your beautiful mind to do what it's best at. Let it play, research, communicate & serve this world of ours. Let it build bridges of compassion and help people learn how to release their biases and intolerances, so that we can all see and celebrate the bigger picture. She knows and trusts at some point, your hard-working mind will exhaust itself, and you will break free into a new way of being, where true Understanding fills your belly and emanates from your heart. For now, she asks that you begin by forgiving yourself. Soon you will no longer doubt that you - and the whole wide world - are so much more worthy and wonderful than what your busy mind could ever comprehend.
Questions from Juliana:
Do you feel like you have to defend yourself?
What or who do you have to defend yourself from?
Do you respond to opinions or do you tend to not share your own opinions?
Do you pause before forming opinions about a person or do you react?
What do you fear?
What people, beliefs, ideals or systems would you like to understand to a greater degree?
Practice Suggestions from Juliana:
Begin noticing when you are closed to other people's perceptions. What do you notice when someone has a different opinion as you?
Release the need to know 'why' and open to the possibility that all will reveal itself to you in the right time.
Cultivate a practice of receptivity. Walk or sit in silence, focus on your breath and allow thoughts, images, sensations to come to you. Practice allowing them to come and then allowing them to leave with each breath. Trusting that what wants to arise will and when it was to leave it will depart. Keep the focus on the breath and practice the art of not ruminating in one thought or feeling.
Begin asking questions from the people that you don't understand. Ask them open ended questions with the intention of getting to know their experience.
2. INTEGRITY - Key 18

Gift: Integrity
Shadow: Judgment
Siddhi: Perfection
Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:
Integrity is here to help you complete your childhood. It takes courage to uncover the wounds from your past. As you release yourself from the messages and modeling that no longer serve you, you will be free to see and receive the gifts from your parents with a soft, compassionate heart. When you are truly in your Integrity, it won't be possible to take the judgements of others personally, or to identify as a victim - of yourself or anyone else. This is not a path to be walked alone, so reach out for support. Allow a friend, therapist, mentor or spiritual counsellor to accompany you as you revisit those painful experiences that hardened your heart, made you feel inferior or superior, or kept you from expressing yourself freely and connecting deeply. Over time, you will learn to judge not from the mind, but from the heart.
Questions from Juliana:
What is your relationship with the word victim?
Do you see yourself or others as victims?
How often are you judging yourself and others?
How often do you worry, gossip or complain about the activities of others?
What beliefs did you develop from your childhood or past that influence you today?
Practice Suggestions from Juliana:
When you notice a judgement, ask yourself where did this judgement come from? How has my family, my education and my country influenced this judgement that I have?
Can you begin shifting your judgements into acts of observation? Observe what you experience and hold your observation with curiosity.
When you don't understand someone, ask them open-ended questions with the intention of getting to know their experience.
Begin considering ways that you would like to embody courage. Where in your life would you like to show up more fully as you?
3. TEAMWORK - Key 44

Gift: Teamwork
Shadow: Interference
Siddhi: Synarchy
Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:
This is the second week that Insight has graced us.
He comes to you today to remind you that you always attract the relationship that teach you exactly what you need to know in order to grow. The more you trust that people are in your life for a reason, the more you'll be able to learn the relational lessons you need to learn, and the better your judgement will be when it's time to choose new partners, friends and collaborators. Start trusting your instincts. Start smelling the people in your life. Ask yourself, "You are my true allies?" You have the potential to experience more trust, harmony and Teamwork in groups that you can possibly imagine. When you've found your true team, your destiny will naturally and magically unfold.
Questions from Juliana:
Who do you trust in your life?
Where has your trust been broken before?
How can you begin to move forward with the lessons you've learned from your past relationships?
Where do you continue to repeat the same patterns in relationships?
How do you imagine you would feel while surrounded by your team?
How does your intuition work when you meet new people or walk into a room? How would you like to enhance it?
How do you need to transform in order to work in the team that you are calling in?
Practice Suggestions from Juliana:
Make a list of all the people that you trust. Write out the qualities that you like about them and what makes them trustworthy to you.
Contemplate your relationship to your intuition and how it works. Does your intuition communicate through your body, sound, a sense of knowing or images? Begin noticing and acknowledging it at work.
List out the biggest relationship lessons you've experienced. Honour them. Notice where you've repeated them. Extend yourself compassion. Honour your experiences and the lessons they have brought.
