Gift: Mindfulness

Shadow: Forgetting

Siddhi: Revelation

Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:

Mindfulness is here to help you remember and to release you from the prison of your emotional life. Even if you want to speed up enlightenment, you can't. So give yourself plenty of permission... to think, to feel, to desire, to react, to hide. Let nothing be forbidden. All I ask is that you be Mindful of what you do. The first step in awakening is realizing that you've been asleep. So do not try to change your patterns or passions. Just recognize them, "Ah, there I go again." Catch yourself Forgetting your true nature. Learn to feel increasingly comfortable with discomfort. In time, you will naturally come to realize that something more wondrous than you can imagine is looking through your eyes, thinking through your mind and living through your actions. In the end, all of life shall remember itself through you. And all that you'll experience is the Revelation of the eternal Now.

Contemplations & Practices from Juliana:

  • Gene Key 33 has been pulled for this community more than any other. 33 is all about remembering the truth of who you truly are. You are a spark from Spirit, a piece of the Divine. You are of Mother Earth and Father Sky. You are all of wisdom wrapped into a very dense, miraculous body. And as you grew up in this world, you began to forget. You are here to Remember! To fall in love with your own story. To see the hero's journey that you walk every day! Practice: I invite you to find a mirror. Take a moment and ground into your body and then gaze into your own eyes. Look. Truly look with curiosity at the soul that resides within your miraculous body. What do you see? Can you extend love to yourself? Can you see?

2. PATIENCE - Key 5

Gift: Patience

Shadow: Impatience

Siddhi: Timelessness

Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:

It is time to soften your shoulders and relax your breath. Get quiet. Listen to your own heartbeat. There is nothing you have to do right now. Life is deeply intelligent. Its timing is impeccable; it always knows what's best for you. And you, my friend, are an intricate part of Life, forever-connected to everyone and everything around you. I am here to remind you that nothing happens by accident or without a potential gift. A delayed train can lead to an unexpected encounter. A personal crisis can birth a healing opportunity. An individual's pain can unleash collective transformation. And all with perfect timing. So take another deep breath, step out of the way, and befriend Patience. Your soul will thank you for it.

Contemplations & Practices from Juliana:

  • The Shadow of Impatience is all about not trusting the perfect timing of life. As I type this, the major social media networks are down and have been for over an hour. How often do you distract yourself with these networks when you're beginning to feel impatient? I know I do. Impatience is rooted in the sense of agitation and when you act from a feeling of agitation, you are out of rhythm with yourself and life. Practice: Begin noticing the quiet stirring of agitation in your body that turns into the pushy nature of impatience. What do you want to do with that sensation? Can you take a breath and breathe into it before you reach for your phone or something else to distract you from the feeling of impatience? Practice breathing until the feeling passes. Sit in the discomfort of agitation and impatience, and notice how quickly it can pass and evolve into a sense of patience.

  • The Gift of Patience is about cultivating a relationship with trust. If you trust in life, you will trust in life in each moment. Even the challenging ones. This is a practice. It takes patience to learn patience. Connecting with your birth right of the gift of Patience, opens and drops you into your heart. It connects you to your natural internal rhythm. Just as Hawk will patiently wait for its prey, so can you learn to wait for what you are seeking. Contemplate: Can you see the natural rhythms of life around? Perhaps you see it in the passing seasons, the lunar cycle or the tides? You trust these cycles because you have patiently experienced observed these rhythms as you have aged. Where else could these natural rhythms occur? Choose a part of your life and contemplate how you could practice trusting in it more?

Gift: Naturalness

Shadow: Self-obsession

Siddhi: Being

Gift From The Wisdom Keeper:

She sees you striving to discover who you are, and knows how difficult it can be to answer this deeply human question. While you're searching for your self, do not forget to enjoy the journey. There will be a time when you can just let it all go. In the end, you are not what you do or what you know. You are not your thoughts, feelings or beliefs. Nor are you, your looks or job description. Over time, as this truth sinks in, and as you stop arguing with your life, you will find yourself becoming more grounded, centered and full of joy. More relaxed, free and at ease. Whatever is in your heart, whatever you're meant to do or express, will simply arise out of you with Naturalness. You are far more splendid than your mind could ever grasp, and your authentic nature is destined to bloom and contribute to the magnificent garden of which we're all a part. Graciously take a bow, get out of your own way and let it happen.

Contemplations & Practices from Juliana:

  • To work and live in Unity, we must first acknowledge and claim our individuality. To transcend the lie that we are all separate, we must begin by seeing our individual uniqueness. This then leads us to the truth that we are all one and connected. The Shadow of Self-Obsession, continues to keep us focused on our individuality. The path of personal development and personal growth is very important for our evolution and it can lead to a never ending labyrinth of needing to improve the self. This can result in clinging to an identity or a way of being. Or on the other hand, the introverted manifestation of this Shadow is to deny oneself completely. This is a fairly typical expression of a people pleaser. All of the focus is on the other person and how the other could be supported. Contemplate: Do you cling to an identity or way of being? Are you focused on other people and do you forget who you are? Where may you compromise yourself?

  • Who am I? One of the most contemplative questions humans have. Who are you? When you begin to understand that you are not your name, your emotions, your beliefs or your actions, you begin to experience the vastness and perfection of you. The gift of Naturalness emerges slowly as you begin to experience a sense of openness, freedom and presence. Contemplate: Ask yourself the question, Who am I? Sit quietly with a piece of paper and a pen and allow yourself to write what comes. Trust what comes and trust that one answer will lead to the next and to the next, an unfolding of you.
