All sessions are currently held online by video call.
Office hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 10am - 6:30pm
Friday: 10am - 1pm
Counselling Rates
30 minute online consultation - Free
60 minute online session - $125
90 minute online session - $160
Extended Health Benefits:
Some insurance providers will cover Registered Therapeutic Counsellors.
Please check with your health benefit provider.
